Send one clip of your next opponent. Get back a scouting report the way a corner would prep it: habits, tells, how often each one shows up, and a game plan built around them. Every claim comes with a timestamp. Your first report is free.
Every moment that matters gets logged against the clock. Habits are counted across the whole clip, so when the report says “6 of 7 kicks”, you can scrub to every one of them.
One PDF, written in plain coaching English. No hype, no “work on your footwork”. Every point says what happened, when, how often, and what to do about it.
Stance, archetype, preferred range, rhythm, and how they change across rounds.
What they do well, with timestamps and why it works. You need to know this before you plan.
Ordered by how easy they are to use. Each with the trigger, the frequency, and the exploit.
What they do right before the big shot. Favourite combinations and setups, with counts.
The single biggest exploit first, then what to attack, what to avoid, and how to approach each round.
Drills with sets and rounds, built for the plan. Plus an honest score of how much the footage let us see.
You don't need good camera work. Phone footage from the stands is fine. A clear angle and a full round help — and the report tells you when they didn't.
A YouTube link, Drive link or file. Tell us the sport, the ruleset, and which fighter to study (“red shorts, orthodox”). Up to 6 minutes per report.
Every moment that matters gets logged with its timestamp. Frequencies are counted, not guessed.
A PDF within 24 hours. Read it, show your coach, build the camp around it.
No card, no account. Paste a link to the clip, tell us who to watch, and the full report is in your inbox within 24 hours. If it's worth it, the next one is $19.
One free report per fighter. We read every submission by hand, so if the clip is unusable (too short, too dark, fighter not visible) we'll tell you and ask for another one instead of sending a bad report.
The film study your corner would do if they had the hours.
Six to ten pages. Profile first, then what to respect, then where to attack in order of how exploitable it is. The game plan names the single biggest exploit before anything else — because that's the one you'll actually drill.
Each report ends with a confidence score and what limited it: angle, lighting, clip length. If we couldn't see it, we say so.
Your first report is free. After that, pay per fight or subscribe if you spar on tape every week.
One clip, one fighter. No card.
Every report after the first.
Two reports: your opponent and you.
5 reports a month. $99 a year if you commit.
Coaches and gyms: team plans are coming. Email hello@fightread.app if you want in early.
It won't replace your coach. It's the film study your corner would do if they had the hours. Bring it to them.
If the clip is short, dark or shot from a bad angle, the report says so and gives a lower confidence score instead of inventing detail.
Yes. Full report, nothing locked, no card. One per fighter. We do it because a scouting report is hard to judge until you've held one against what your coach says — and because we ask for one line of feedback in return.
A full round or more, from the side or a raised angle, with the fighter in frame most of the time. Phone footage from ringside is fine. Highlight reels are the worst input: they only show what the editor liked.
Yes. Choose “self-review” and the report flips: the game plan becomes the one fix that matters most, what to keep doing, and drills for it.
AI does the frame-by-frame logging, which is the part humans skip because it's tedious. Every report is read before it goes out, and anything that doesn't hold up on tape gets cut. If a report is wrong, tell us and we redo it.
Tell us the rules when you send the clip (amateur boxing, no elbows, 3×3, etc.). The plan only uses what's legal for that ruleset.
Only long enough to produce the report. We never post your footage or your opponent's.
Send the clip tonight. Read the plan tomorrow. First one's free.
